Scope & Pricing

Installation of treated timber skirting beneath the existing pier using marine-grade hardware throughout.

#Description
1 Pier Skirting (32 Linear Feet) Install 32 LF of skirting under existing pier. Skirting material to be .60 CCA 2×10 T&G bulkhead sheeting, driven into the bottom ±3 ft with bottom and top .60 CCA 3×8 whaler. Bolted to existing pier with hot-dip galvanized through bolts.
2 Pier Redeck (±500 sq ft) Remove and replace existing decking on main pier area (±500 sq ft) with Moisture Shield Vision Series composite decking.
3 Bulkhead Replacement (±14 Linear Feet) Remove and replace ±14 LF of existing bulkhead located under pier.
Proposal Total: $32,000.00
