Jordan Marine Construction is executing a community-wide bulkhead replacement for the Hillshire Lakes POA in Houston — removing and replacing 1,300+ linear feet of failing bulkhead across 36 waterfront homes, with engineered drawings, 550 cubic yards of crushed-concrete backfill, and access coordinated across all 36 properties.
