Bring the front of the decks out to 20 ft. Add 3 ft to one side of the upper and lower decks.

Replace glass in window (specification per field measure). Jordan Marine Construction will provide and install the replacement glass at our cost.
Front Deck — Remove & Replace
Remove and replace front deck, bringing structure all the way to the left corner of the house.

Add 7 ft to the width of the driveway (extend to the far edge of the existing sidewalk).
